Chia seeds are supposed to have many health benefits.  And it makes a pretty good low carb pudding too.  I like this best when it sits for a two days

Overnight Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/3 cup fresh berries , chopped ( I used strawberries)
 1/2 cup chia seeds
2 Tbsp stevia 
 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Mix everything in a mason jar. Shake well and place in the fridge. Shake again after  an hour. You can also mix this in a blender or Magic Bullet
Refrigerate overnight . Garnish with berries before serving
