Ingredients

  • 10 ounces salmon filets
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • cup cream
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  • In a separate bowl, stir together soy sauce, hot sauce, lemon juice, ginger, garlic and maple syrup.
  • Brush dried fish pieces.
