They can also be reheated to their original crispiness on a baking sheet in the oven at 400 degrees for about 5 minutes if you don’t have an air fryer.

We have to make this in batches because it can be gone quicker than you can say “that was spicy”!
We like to use mason jars to store our dipping sauce in, this helps it stay fresh and helps the ingredients meld together well. But you can of course use any storage container you have on hand.

- Sriracha
- garlic powder

How to make fried green beans with sriracha dip
- In a small bowl, whisk all sriracha dip ingredients until blended. Cover and refrigerate
- Toss cleaned and steamed green beans in 1/2 cup flour until coated.
- In a shallow dish, mix remaining flour, cumin, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt.
- Slowly add the beer until a thick batter forms.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 to 2 inches of oil to 375 degrees F
- Dip the beans in the batter to coat before carefully dropping into the hot oil. I try to maintain a temperature between 375-400 degrees.
- Fry in small batches for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Transfer fried green beans to a wire cooling rack on a baking sheet or a plate lined with paper towels to drain.
- Serve warm with sriracha dip.
