🔪 How to Make Stuffed Pepperoni Bread

This super easy recipe only takes a few minutes of prep and about 35 minutes in the oven. That’s all there is to it!

Step 1: Prep

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

Step 2: Layer

Roll out your dough in a large, 12×10 rectangle. Lay your pepperoni slices in an even layer on the bread. Then, place the mozzarella cheese on top of the pepperoni.

Roll up the bread into a log, starting at the longer end, and place it on the baking sheet.

Brush the pepperoni-stuffed bread with egg wash, sprinkle with the Italian seasoning, and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

Instructions
