🔪 How to Make Puff Pastry Pizza Bites

Making these bites only takes about 30 minutes from start to finish, and it’s made up of simple steps.

Step 1: Prep

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2: Cut and Layer

First, roll out the crescent dough and cut it into 3 strips. Then, add 10 pieces of pepperoni along the center of each strip. Top with 2 pieces of string cheese.

Step 3: Wrap and Slice

Wrap the edges of the dough around the pepperoni and cheese and pinch to seal the seams. Then, slice each piece into 1-inch pieces.

Once they are sliced place the bites on the prepared baking sheet and brush them with egg. Then, top them with parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the puff pastry is golden brown. Serve with marinara sauce and enjoy!
