  • 3 chicken breasts sliced in half to form fillets
  • 2 ½ teaspoons chicken bouillon divided
  • 2 teaspoon garlic salt divided
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons oil divided
  • 1 ½ onions thinly sliced
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 ½ tablespoons cooking wine
  • 2 cups shredded Monterrey Jack cheese

Instructions
