🔪 How to Make This Air Fryer Egg Rolls Recipe

In a pan on medium heat, add 1 tbsp oil and saute the pork with onion, ginger, and minced garlic until cooked through and browned.

Add the oyster sauce, coleslaw, salt, and pepper and mix again. Cook for about 3-5 minutes. Discard the ginger and set the beef aside to cool.

Fill the egg roll wrappers with about 3 tablespoons. Then wrap tightly and seal the edges with a little water.

Brush the tops of the egg rolls with a little oil, and then air fry at 360 degrees for 7 minutes. Flip, brush the other side with oil, and cook for another two minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground pork
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 5 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 15 egg roll wraps
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 3-4 cloves garlic minced

Instructions

  • In a pan on medium heat, add 1 tbsp oil and saute the pork with onion, ginger and minced garlic until cooked through and browned.
  • Add the oyster sauce, coleslaw, salt and pepper and mix again. Cook for about 3-5 minutes. Discard the ginger and set the beef aside to cool.
  • On a clean surface, place 1 egg roll wrap in a diamond shape. Place about 3 tbsp of filling at the lower center of the wrapper.
  • Fold the bottom triangle up over your filling. Now fold both sides towards the center. Seal the edges with some water and make a cylinder roll.
  • Arrange your egg rolls in an air fryer basket in a single layer and brush with some oil.
  • Cook at 360˚F for 7 minutes. Flip, brush with some oil and bake for an additional 2 minutes.
