Equipment
- gallon bag
- baking sheet
Ingredients
- 16 ounces saltine crackers
- 1 cup light oil
- 1 ounce envelope ranch dressing mix
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1-1 ½ tablespoons red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
- In a gallon ziploc bag add the oil, ranch dressing mix, onion powder and red pepper flakes.
- Squish the bag around to mix everything up.
- Add the crackers and seal up the bag.
- Gently turn the bag over and over to coat the crackers with the seasoning.
- Let marinate 1 hour or up to overnight.
- Lay the crackers out in a single layer on a lined baking sheet (will have to do this in batches) and bake for 20-25 minutes until the crackers are toasted.
