In a pan, melt half the butter over medium-high heat, add the minced garlic and saute until fragrant. Next, add the hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, broth, lemon juice, cajun seasoning, salt and pepper. Mix well and bring to a simmer for a few minutes until the sauce is reduced by half, about 6-7 minutes. Taste for flavor and adjust the seasonings.
