🔪 How to Make This Coffee Cake Pound Cake

In a small bowl, whisk the flour, salt and baking soda and set aside.
In a large bowl, cream the sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add in the eggs, one at a time, making sure to fully mix the egg in before adding the next one. Add in the vanilla and beat.
Alternate adding the flour and sour cream, beginning and ending with the flour mixture. Be sure to scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl to make sure everything is well mixed.
In a small bowl, mix the ¾ c brown sugar and 1 ½ tsp cinnamon.
Pour about half the cake batter into the bundt pan. Sprinkle the middle filling over the batter and add the remaining batter.
In a small bowl, mix the remaining brown sugar, cinnamon and flour. Crumble in the butter and sprinkle it over the top of the cake. bake in the preheated 325 degree oven for 60 – 70 minutes.
To make the glaze, place the powdered sugar, vanilla and 1 tablespoon of milk in a small bowl and whisk. Add milk as needed.
Drizzle the glaze over the cake.

- 2 ½ cups sugar
- 6 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
