The Cracker Barrel Coca-Cola cake is a chocolate cake topped with a fudge frosting that is poured rather than spread and then hardens into a fudge layer over the cake.
Coca-Cola adds a subtle flavor to the chocolate cake and frosting that’s hard to describe but so delicious. The acid in the cola also helps balance the sweetness of the cake and frosting.
