Sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions are tossed in a creamy dressing made from mayonnaise, sour cream, cider vinegar, garlic and dill.
Creamy Dill Cucumber Tomato Salad is a delicious summer salad when the tomatoes are fresh and bursting with flavor. Once the cucumbers start coming in, we are overloaded with them! So this is a perfect way to use some of your garden veggies.
I mix the dressing part and let it set for about 2 hours or so in the fridge.
Then it comes time to chop and slice the tomatoes, cucumbers and onions then mince the garlic. Place it all the bowl that you have your dressing in and lightly toss it all together.
