Now we have had some pickle dips that are really “pickley” is that a word? But they are super pickley and well if you want them with that much pickle you might as well just eat a pickle. This dip has all the flavor of pickle but is cool and creamy and has delicious flavors from the seasonings.
It is so addictive. It is a perfect dip for a potluck, BBQ, family gathering or anytime you need something quick and easy when company is coming by last minute. This dip only takes 5 minutes to whip up so you can’t get much easier. We top the finished dip with a few chopped pickles and some extra dill so that people know what it is. We serve it this dip with pretzels, fresh vegetables, baguette slices, crackers and potato chips.
