We grew up eating meatloaf at least once a week, but this version takes it to the next level. The mashed potatoes are extra creamy thanks to butter and cream cheese, and we love how the sharp cheddar melts perfectly over the top. It’s a little nostalgic, a little indulgent, and a whole lot of delicious.
