Pepperoni Pizza Sliders – These are a guaranteed hit with family and friends! Brushed with buttery garlic butter, layered with cheese and pepperoni  and so easy to make!

We make pizza sliders for dinner all the time. It’s such a quick and easy meal and everyone loves it. No complaints ever when these are served.

Sliders are great for parties, gatherings, game day, a quick last minute meal or for when you just want pizza but don’t feel like calling for take out.

Pepperoni pizza sliders are just as good as traditional pizza but you don’t have to flip and stretch  and wait for dough to rise. don’t get me wrong we love traditional pizza as much as the next guy but sometimes we like the 10 minute prep time it takes to make this easy slider.

Did I mention that sliders can be made ahead of time? Yes they can be! Prep them for a party in the morning then when quests come just pop them in the oven.

If you have leftover sliders you can even freeze them but seriously who has leftover sliders!  But if we do just I wrap them one by one in aluminum foil.

Sliders are so versatile. You can make any kind you like. Pick your favorite pizza and make a slider! We love onions and mushrooms so that is a go to slider for us. We just saute mushrooms, onions and minced garlic and use that instead of the pepperoni and olives we used here.

HOW TO MAKE PEPPERONI PIZZA SLIDERS:

Preheat oven to 375 F.
Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.
Set to the side
Using a large serrated knife, slice the rolls in half so you have a ‘slab’ of tops and a ‘slab’ of bottoms.
You want to keep them connected.

Place the bottom ‘slab’ of rolls on the baking pan.
Spread the marinara evenly on the bottom part of the rolls.
Add 1/2 of your mozzarella cheese and colby jack all over, on top of the sauce.

Evenly layer the 1/2 of the pepperoni over the cheese.

Repeat steps.
Finely add your black olives.
Add the top of rolls to your bottom rolls.
Set to the side.
To a small microwave safe bowl, add the butter melt on high for 1 minute.
Add the oregano, garlic salt, parsley, and whisk to combine.
Add the butter mixture on top of the rolls.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of the rolls.
Bake covered for about 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese has melted.
Slice into individual sliders and serve immediately.
