Step 1: Preheat the oven and prepare a baking dish

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9×13 baking dish well with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2: Mix the cake batter

In a large bowl combine the cake mix and the water, oil, and eggs the box calls for. Add the juice of one lemon to the cake mix. And, then add the sprinkles to the cake mix.

Step 3: Bake the cake

Pour the cake batter into a prepared 9×13 baking dish. And, then bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. 

Step 4: Slice and cool the cake

Slice into bite size squares. Set aside to cool.

Combine the cheesecake with the milk and whisk. Add in the blue food coloring until you get your desired shade of blue.
