🔪 How to Make Slow Cooker Beef Ramen

Making this recipe takes very little effort or skill. Just mix everything together and let it cook!

Step 1: Make the Sauce

Combine the beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, garlic, green onion, and cornstarch in a bowl.

Step 2: Add Everything to the Slow Cooker

Add the beef and red bell peppers to the slow cooker. Then, pour the sauce over them. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours until the beef is tender.

Step 3: Add the Broccoli and Noodles

About 30 minutes before serving, add the broccoli and ramen noodles. Continue cooking, stirring frequently, until the noodles are tender.

Plate the ramen and garnish is with sesame seeds. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds steak cut into strips
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • ½ cup low sodium soy sauce
