🔪 How to Make Slow Cooker Cheesy Chicken

Add the chicken, seasonings, cream of chicken soup, onion, and corn to the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
30 minutes before you are ready to serve, stir in the rice mix and add the cheese. Cover and cook for 30 minutes.

Slow Cooker Cheesy Chicken
Equipment

Ingredients
- 1-2 pounds chicken cubed
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
- Half of an onion diced
- 10 ounces frozen corn
- 6 ounces yellow rice mix I use Zatarains
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
Instructions
- Spray the inside of your slow cooker with some non-stick spray.
- In your slow cooker place your chicken.
- Sprinkle your seasonings over the top of the chicken.
- Add in the cream of chicken soup, the onion and corn.
- Give everything a quick mix.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
- 30 minutes before you are ready to serve stir in the rice mix and shredded cheese.
- Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
- Serve!
