Strawberry Banana Cheesecake Salad
Equipment
- Paper towels
- large mixing bowl
- knife and cutting board
Ingredients
- 6 ounces cheesecake pudding mix
- 1 cup Vanilla Coffee Creamer
- 12 ounces Cool Whip thawed
- 8 ounces Cream Chees room temperature
- 2 large ripe Bananas sliced
- 1 pound Fresh Strawberries sliced
- 1 cup Mini Marshmallows
Instructions
- First, rinse the Strawberries in cool water, and place on paper towels.
- Remove stems, and cut into slices. In a large bowl, add the Pudding Mix, and the Vanilla Creamer, and mix until blended. Add the Cream Cheese, and mix.
- Add the Cool Whip, and mix until completely blended.
- Add the Mini Marshmallows, and stir.
- Add the Strawberry slices, reserving a few for the top.
- Peel and slice the Banana’s, add to the bowl, and stir well to mix.
- Place in the refrigerator until time to serve.
- Serve, and Enjoy!
