- 1 16 oz. box elbow macaroni (cooked according to package directions)
- 1 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1 cup carrots, finely chopped
- 1 cup red pepper finely chopped
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 hard boiled eggs, finely chopped
- 1 20 oz. can pineapple chunks
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup Hawaiian marinade (we use Lawry's or World Harbor)
