⁉️ FAQ
Do you have questions about this recipe? Here are the answers to the most commonly asked questions.
Store your leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Then you can freeze the pork for 3-4 months if you would like. Then thaw in the fridge overnight before heating and serving.
Loins are larger than tenderloins, so adjust the marinade to fit the amount of pork you are using. Then you will extend the cooking time to ensure the pork is fully cooked through.
You will find that you need to trim your pork to remove any of the silver skin or extra fat on the pork tenderloin. This will make it a more enjoyable texture.

Thank you so much Karen! We are so glad you enjoyed it! ๐
I wonder can you cook it in a slow cooker with the marinade?
Yes you could do that. The slow cooker will cook the marinade just as well as it would if you make it in the oven
Do you cook to 160 or 145 like u said in description
It says cook to 140-145 let it sit for 10 minutes to reach 10 but you can just cook it to 10 or how you normally cook pork if you like
Do you cover while cooking?
No we don’t cover while cooking
Question: are you using the same sauce (marinade) that you had the raw pork in to pour over the pork when done? So when youโre baking the pork tenderloin, itโs in the marinade in a baking dish?
