It’s such an easy cocktail recipe that tastes like a birthday cake! So now you can eat your birthday cake and drink it too. I used Sprinkle Pop sprinkles as the rim on my glasses. The big round balls are chocolate! Yum!!!  This martini is so simple to make. I love simple so I knew this was for me.

Making a Birthday Cake Martini:

~ First start with two dessert plates and pour some honey onto one plate and  and pop sprinkles onto another plate.

~ Dip your martini glass rim into the honey and  twist covering the rim with the honey. ~ Roll the rim into the sprinkles and set aside. ( honey adds another layer of sweetness but you can also use corn syrup if you like)

~ In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 1 oz. white chocolate liqueur, 1 oz. cake vodka and  2 ounces of half and half.

~ Shake and pour into your prepared martini glass.

Birthday or not I think you will love this Martini!!
