Cinnamon Roll French Toast Casserole ooey gooey and warm this cinnamon roll french toast casserole is SO scrumptious! An easy breakfast or brunch bake.

Cinnamon Roll French Toast Casserole is so simple to make. I mean seriously you only need 6 ingredients to make this casserole. We love these semi homemade dishes. Let’s face it life can be busy and hard sometimes. You have jobs, the kids, errands, house to keep up with, your not feeling well, I could could on forever. So when you can find a recipe that takes just a few ingredients and has a fabulous outcome I say go for it!

This recipe requires just 10 minutes of prep time maybe 15 the first time you make it. the first time I make a recipe it always takes me longer. But really you will probably have this done in 10 minutes!

You can take this casserole to any holiday brunch or get together or serve it for any family breakfast gathering. It’s always a huge hit. It’s amazing how something so simple can be loved by so many.

We love it served with the glaze drizzled on top and real maple syrup. Might as well go all the way right?!

I think  best part of a cinnamon roll is the way the cinnamon, sugar, and butter bake together into this, sweet, cinnamon filling.  Sometimes when we feel like getting real decadent we will add some cinnamon chips and some extra homemade stussel (cinnamon, sugar, butter).  Just mix it in the with the rest of the mix.

I think this can serve quite a few but people keep going back for more so sometimes I make a double back and make 2 pans of this yumminess. If your going to a party or get together of more than 8 I would definitely make 2 pans. I will only take an extra 10 minutes!

HOW TO MAKE CINNAMON FRENCH TOAST CASSEROLE:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Melt butter in a microwave and spread in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Separate the cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into 4 pieces. Spread in baking dish.

Save the icing to use later.
Beat eggs together completely in bowl.
Then add the cream, vanilla, and cinnamon to the eggs and mix thoroughly.

Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces.

Bake at 375 degrees for about 22-28 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool for about 15 minutes.
Take the metal cover off the icing and stick it in the microwave for about 15 seconds.
Drizzle icing all over the top of the baked cinnamon rolls.
Serve with pure maple syrup.
