🔪 How to Make Cookies and Cream Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 ½ cups flour
- 8.5 ounces Cookies n Cream mix-ins
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prep your cookie sheets by lining them with parchment paper or spraying them with non-stick spray, set aside.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the soft butter and cream cheese. Mix well.
- Add in the sugars, salt, baking powder, and cream of tartar. Cream until fluffy.
- Mix in the egg and vanilla extract and combine well. Stop the mixer and scrape down the sides, then mix again.
- Add in the flour and mix on low speed for about a minute and then medium for another minute. Scrape down sides if needed.
- Add in the cookies and cream mix-ins and fold by hand until thoroughly combined.
- Scoop out golf ball-sized dough mounds and flatten them slightly into a disc shape. Leave enough space around each cookie for spreading while baking.
