🔪 How to Make Crock Pot Coca Cola Cake
Making this Coca-Cola Cake in the slow cooker is so easy! Just follow the directions below and you will have a rich and chocolatey cake that you will enjoy in no time at all.
For the Cake:
Step 1: Turn the slow cooker on high and add a stick of butter.
Turn the Crock Pot on High, and place the Stick of Butter in the bottom of the Crock Pot, until it starts to melt.
Step 2: Next, add the eggs and sugar and mix
Add the eggs and sugar, and mix together, until the mixture is creamy.
Step 3: Mix in the oil, and milk, and then stir
Add the oil, and milk, and stir well.
Step 4: Add the dry ingredients and blend until mixed well
Add the flour, salt, cocoa, baking soda, and blend.
Step 5: Add the remaining wet ingredients and stir until combined
Add the vanilla, and the Coca Cola, and mix until blended.
Step 6: Cook the cake
Place the lid on the Crockpot, and leave the Heat on HIGH for 30 minutes, then turn the heat setting to MEDIUM, and cook for another 30 minutes.
Step 7: Allow the cake to cool
Turn the heat off, and let the cake cool for an hour to two hours.
For the Frosting:
Step 1: Cream butter, cocoa, milk, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl
In the mixing bowl of a stand mixer, or using a hand mixer place the butter, cocoa, milk, and vanilla, and blend on low until mixed.
Step 2: Add the powdered sugar slowly
Add the powdered sugar a little at a time until the Frosting starts to thicken, or all the sugar is added.
Step 3: Thin the frosting if needed
If the frosting is too thick, add a few more drops of milk, if it’s a little thin, add a little more sugar, until you have a nice thick, but spread-able Frosting.
Step 4: Frost the cake
Frost the cake right in the Crock Pot, using all the Frosting, and cut into 3 X 3-inch pieces to serve. Enjoy!

- ½ cup Cooking Oil

- 3 Tablespoons Cocoa powder
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
