Ritz Cracker Chicken Bake Recipe - Tender, juicy chicken is topped with buttery crackers and a few other goodies. This baked chicken dish your whole family is sure to love.
- 6 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
- 1 10.5 oz. can cream of chicken soup
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1/3 cup onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 6 slices colby jack cheese
- 2 sleeves garlic butter ritz crackers
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
1.) Preheat oven to 350 and spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
2.) Mix soup, sour cream, garlic and onions together.
3.) Coat each chicken breast in mixture and place in baking dish using about half of mixture.
4.) Top each chicken breast with a slice of colby jack cheese.
5.) Spread remaining mixture over chicken.
6.) In a large zip lock bag crush crackers to desired size.
7.) In microwave melt butter until almost totally melted.
8.) Once butter is cooled down some mix it with crackers in zip lock bag and mix together until crumbs are coated well.
9.) Sprinkle crumbs over chicken and bake for about 40 minutes
