Ingredients

  • 8 boneless pork chops
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 21 ounces apple pie filling
  • 6 ounce box cornbread stuffing
  • 1 ½ cups chicken stock
  • 4 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  • Season your pork chops with the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and poultry seasoning.
  • In a large skillet over medium high heat brown the pork chops on each side. You want to just brown them you do not want to cook them through.
  • Place the pork chops in bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Next pour over the apple pie filling.
  • Next in a medium bowl combine the stuffing mix and chicken stock and stir to combine.
  • Pour the stuffing over the pork chops and apples.
  • Dot the top of the stuffing with the butter.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours until the pork chops are tender.
  • Serve!
