- Microwave Safe Bowl
Ingredients
- 13 ounces golden oreos about 36 cookies
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 2 cups white chocolate melting wafers
- Sanding sugars
Instructions
- In a food processor, grind the oreos until they are fine crumbs.

- Melt the wafers in a microwave safe bowl until smooth. Using a fork (or a skewer) dip each ball into the melted chocolate and let the excess drip off.
- Roll in sanding sugar while the chocolate is still wet so the sugar will stick to the truffle.
- Set the truffle back on the parchment paper to set. Repeat until all the truffles are coated.
