Low Carb, Gluten Free, Keto “Breading” -Just because your eating low carb, Keto or gluten free does not mean you have to give up “breading” .
I use this “breading” for chicken, fish, pork, mushrooms ect. The mushrooms were amazing!! We dipped them in ranch dressing. Anything you want fried or baked you can use this breading for. I used it to fry green beans the other day instead of french fries. They ere great with our burgers!!!
I make this basic recipe then I add to it as I go. I add parmesan cheese or spices. I like it a bit chunky because it is crunchier and crisper but you can process it so its finer if you like.
I used this Low Carb, Gluten Free, Keto “Breading” tonight for my “Breaded” Pork Chops and I added parmesan cheese and parsley and garlic. Just add whatever flavors and spices you like to suit your tastes.
- 2 bags pork rinds plain
- 1 16 oz bag Blue Diamond Smokehouse almonds
- Place pork rinds in a food processor and process until finely ground or to your liking. Pour into a plastic storage bag.
- Place almonds in food processor and process until finely ground or to your liking. Pour into plastic storage bag with pork rinds and mix well.
- Add flavoring, spices, parmesan as you need it.
- Store in refrigerator
