Do you have questions about this recipe? Here are the answers to the most commonly asked questions.

Why is candy bark called bark?

Bark candy gets its name because the texture of the candy is rough just like tree bark.

What’s the difference between melting chocolate and regular chocolate?

Melting chocolate is made with cocoa butter which allows it to be melted to a smooth, creamy consistency without tempering. Regular chocolate requires a tempering process to achieve an even color and consistency when melted.
