Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- ½ tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 cups milk
- 16 ounces elbow pasta
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- In a large pan over a medium-high heat, add ground beef brown, crumble and drain.
- To the pan with the beef add your cornstarch, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, sugar, pepper, ketchup, beef broth and milk.
- Stir to combine.
- Add in the elbow pasta.
- Stir and bring up to boil.
- Cover and reduce heat to a simmer.
- Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the noodles are cooked through.
- Stir in the cheese.
- Once the cheese is melted garnish with parsley and serve!
