🔪 How to Make Strawberry Shortcake Fudge
This is a no-bake fudge recipe, so it’s incredibly easy to make. Outside of chilling the fudge, the entire process only takes a few minutes and a few simple steps.
Step 1: Prep
Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
Step 2: Make the Oreo Topping
Crush the Oreos into a coarse crumb using a food processor. Then, add them to a mixing bowl with the strawberry gelatin powder and mix them with melted butter until you have a coarse, clumpy mixture.
Step 3: Make the Fudge
Melt the strawberry chocolate in a large, microwaveable bowl at 30-second intervals until fully melted and smooth. Then, stir in the sweetened condensed milk until combined.
Step 4: Chill
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish. Then, pour the Oreo crumb topping all over the top of the fudge and press it into it. Chill for a minimum of two hours. Remove the fudge once chilled and cut into 16 squares. Enjoy!
