Begin by sauteing the seasoned chicken breasts pieces, mushrooms. parsley and garlic in a fry pan for just a couple of minutes. Then you will add the rest of the ingredients for a few minutes more. Then throw everything in a baking dish, add a bit more parmesan on top and let it bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Simple right? I love easy meals!

Make this Creamy Garlic Mushroom Chicken Bake today!!
- 4 chicken breasts halves cut into strips
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp dreid parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz white mushrooms quartered
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese grated plus more for topping
- salt and pepper for seasoning to taste
Heat olive oil in a saute pan. Salt and pepper chicken . Cook chicken about 2 minutes on either side. Add garlic, mushrooms, parsley, and saute for a few minutes.
Add cream and parmesan cheese. Cook for a few minutes and turn off heat.
Transfer to a baking dish and add a bit more parmesan on top and bake for 25 minutes
