Creamy Garlic Mushroom Chicken Bake is such a simple and delicious recipe! We love this recipe so much it is in our semi-weekly rotation. Not only is it absolutely amazing in flavor but it is super simple to make. Adding different vegetables changes it up too.
What vegetables can I add to this chicken bake?
Well sometimes we just clean out the fridge. The last time we added zucchini, spinach, carrots and mushrooms. It’s great when you have a recipe that is super versatile and always ready to go at the drop of a hat. Oh and one that the family approves of too.
How do I make this Creamy Garlic Mushroom Chicken Bake?
Begin by sauteing the seasoned chicken breasts pieces, mushrooms. parsley and garlic in a fry pan for just a couple of minutes. Then you will add the rest of the ingredients for a few minutes more. Then throw everything in a baking dish, add a bit more parmesan on top and let it bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Simple right? I love easy meals!
Creamy Chicken Bake is also Keto, low carb, gluten free! YEAH!!!
Believe me know one will ever know that this is a Keto, low carb or gluten Free meal. It’s delicious and that’s all they care about. All the yummy sauce goes well over rice which is what I usually serve the family because most of them don’t care about Keto. You of course can serve this over mashed potatoes or baked potatoes go really well with this also if your not following low carb or Keto.

Creamy Garlic Mushroom Chicken
- 4 chicken breasts halves cut into strips
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp dreid parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz white mushrooms quartered
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese grated plus more for topping
- salt and pepper for seasoning to taste
- Heat olive oil in a saute pan. Salt and pepper chicken . Cook chicken about 2 minutes on either side. Add garlic, mushrooms, parsley, and saute for a few minutes. Add cream and parmesan cheese. Cook for a few minutes and turn off heat. Transfer to a baking dish and add a bit more parmesan on top and bake for 25 minutes
