Then we make a sauce with cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, marsala wine and some spices. We pour that over the chicken and believe it or not your almost done!
Easy Creamy Marsala Chicken Bake is a tried and true recipe that we have been making forever. We have substituted cream of celery in a pinch for one of the soups. I mean almost anything could work I suppose depending on your taste. The important thing here is the sour cream and marsala wine.

- 3 lbs boneless chicken breasts cut in half lengthwise
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (10 3/4 ounces, condensed )
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (10 3/4 ounces, condensed)
- 12 oz fresh mushrooms sliced
- 1/2 cup marsala wine
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- parsley for garnish
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray
Place chicken breast in baking dish in a single layer. Lightly salt and pepper. Spread mushrooms on top
In a medium size bowl mix soups, sour cream, onion powder,garlic powder and marsala wine. Then pour over top of chicken and make sure it is spread evenly.
Bake on middle rack, uncovered, for approximately 45 mins.- 1 hour, until chicken breast is cooked thoroughly
Serve with noodles, rice, potatoes or your favorite veggies!
